Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager or Team Leader to lead and mentor our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance marketing , SEO , social media strategy , and campaign management, along with the ability to guide junior executives and drive ROI-driven results. Key Responsibilities: Lead the digital marketing team and oversee all ongoing projects and campaigns Design and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business goals Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Oversee social media marketing , content calendars, brand messaging, and audience engagement Develop and optimize strategies for SEO (on-page & off-page), SEM, and lead generation Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable reports using tools like Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , and Data Studio Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and external vendors when required Mentor junior team members and assign clear tasks, goals, and growth plans Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or brand side) Proven ability to manage a marketing team and delegate effectively Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva, and Email Marketing platforms Experience in scaling social media presence and improving online visibility Strong understanding of digital funnels, paid campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimization Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Join Now , Digital Marketing Job Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,090.68 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Digital Marketing: 3 years (Required) Language: Hindi and English (Required) Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
