This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Ludhiana. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media profiles, creating engaging content, and ensuring effective communication across all social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills Strong Communication and Writing skills Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies Knowledge of performance metrics and analytics tools Ability to work collaboratively with a team Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Experience in IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
