Understand client needs and pitch relevant services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.). Generate interest and schedule meetings with our sales or marketing team. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups using CRM tools. Follow communication scripts and guidelines for consistent customer engagement. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for qualified leads or appointments.
