About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Execute lead generation campaigns via SEO, PPC, WhatsApp, and email marketing 2. Implement and manage AI tools like chatbots and calling assistants to convert and nurture leads 3. Optimize the website for traffic growth, high-ranking keywords (e.g., paper bags), and better authority scores 4. Manage on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO, and performance tracking 5. Build a strong social media presence with 8-12 monthly posts (LinkedIn) 6. Create and execute campaign ideas that reflect innovation and sustainability 7. Oversee blog posts, newsletters, brochures, landing pages, and catalogs 8. Manage segmented email workflows and WhatsApp marketing 9. Increase engagement and conversions through targeted communication 10. Monitor and report on performance metrics (website traffic, leads) 11. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies continuously Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field 2. Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in B2B 3. Be proficient in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), analytics tools, and marketing automation 4. Have good knowledge of AI tools for marketing (e.g., automation, chatbots, analytics) 5. Demonstrate strong communication and project management skills 6. Show the ability to think creatively and analytically 7. Have exposure to sustainable packaging or supply chain industries 8. Possess working knowledge of AI-based marketing strategies and innovations 9.
