Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing Interns who are eager to learn and build their careers in digital marketing. This is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing activities, campaign management, content planning, and performance analysis.

Candidates who demonstrate good performance, a willingness to learn, accountability, and consistent results during the 3-month internship will be considered for a full-time, on-roll position with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Support Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
• Assist with Google Ads campaign management and performance tracking.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and basic SEO activities.
• Support social media management, content planning, and content calendar preparation.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for marketing materials and campaign creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, reach, clicks, leads, conversions, and engagement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Assist in audience research, lead generation, and retargeting activities.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
• Work with senior team members to complete assigned tasks and achieve campaign objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers who are interested in building a career in digital marketing can apply.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, or social media platforms is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a team environment.
• Candidates must be committed to completing the full 3-month internship.

Internship Structure and Career Opportunity

• Duration: 3 months of practical, hands-on training and work experience.

• Performance Evaluation: Performance will be assessed based on learning ability, task completion, campaign understanding, communication, discipline, initiative, and overall contribution.
