Digital Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
• Manage and update company social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
• Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities, including keyword research and basic on-page optimization.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify digital marketing trends.
• Assist in preparing social media calendars and scheduling posts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant digital marketing tools.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR, Sales, and Business Development teams for promotional activities and employer branding.
• Prepare regular reports on social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign performance.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of content writing, copywriting, video editing and creative content development.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and website analytics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Google Ads.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing productivity.
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates should be proactive, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience.
