We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, execute and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

The intern will get practical exposure to SEO, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, analytics, lead generation and AI-powered marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing

• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Research content ideas and trending topics.
• Assist in preparing social media calendars.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement.
• Track basic social media performance.
• Assist with competitor and industry research.

2. SEO

Assist the SEO team with:

• Keyword research.
• Competitor research.
• On-page SEO.
• Meta title and description optimization.
• Content optimization.
• Internal linking.
• Basic technical SEO checks.
• Google Business Profile activities.
• Search Console monitoring.
• SEO reporting.

3. Meta & Google Ads

The intern will learn and assist with:

• Meta Ads campaign research.
• Audience research.
• Competitor ad research.
• Ad copy research.
• Campaign monitoring.
• Basic performance analysis.
• Google Ads keyword research.
• Search term research.
• Campaign reporting.

The intern will not independently manage large advertising budgets without proper training and approval.

4. Content Marketing

• Research topics for blogs and social media.
• Assist with content calendars.
• Research hooks and content ideas.
• Assist in writing captions and basic marketing copy.
• Support the content and creative team.
• Use AI tools responsibly for research and content ideation.

5. Lead Generation

• Assist with lead research.
• Identify potential business prospects.
• Support LinkedIn and other outreach activities.
• Maintain lead databases.
• Update Google Sheets/CRM.
• Assist the sales team with lead research and qualification.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Learn and assist with:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Tag Manager basics
• Excel / Google Sheets

The intern will assist in preparing basic campaign and marketing reports.

7. AI & Marketing Tools

The candidate will be encouraged to use AI tools to improve productivity and marketing execution.

Tools may include:

• ChatGPT
• Gemini
• Claude
• Perplexity
• Canva AI
• Other AI-powered marketing tools

The candidate should learn to use AI for research, content ideas, competitor analysis, reporting and marketing workflows, while maintaining human review and quality control.

High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Digital Marketing Executive position after successful completion of the internship.

Compensation
