Digital Marketing Intern

1. Social Media Management

· Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Support the creation and scheduling of posts, reels, stories, and other digital content.

· Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience engagement, escalating customer queries when required.

· Research relevant hashtags, trending formats, competitor activity, and content opportunities.

2. Digital Campaign Support

· Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across relevant online channels.

· Support campaign setup, coordination, and monitoring under the guidance of the marketing team.

· Help prepare campaign briefs, creative requirements, and promotional communication.

· Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and content creators to meet campaign timelines.

3. Website and Content Support

· Assist with updating website content, product information, blogs, landing pages, and promotional banners as required.

· Help proofread marketing copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with brand guidelines.

· Support basic SEO activities, including keyword research, metadata checks, and content optimisation.

· Identify content ideas relevant to mattresses, sleep, wellness, lifestyle, and home living.

4. Performance Tracking and Reporting

· Track key digital marketing metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, website traffic, clicks, and conversions where data is available.

· Maintain campaign trackers and prepare regular reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

· Assist with basic analysis of campaign results and suggest areas for improvement.

· Learn to use relevant analytics and marketing tools under supervision.

5. Research and Coordination

· Research competitor campaigns, digital trends, audience preferences, and industry developments.

· Maintain organised records of content, campaigns, and marketing activities.

· Support influencer collaborations and other brand awareness initiatives when required.

· Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
