Digital Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of WordPress and basic graphic design, along with strong communication skills to interact with online buyers and support our digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress.
• Handle product management – add new products, update details, manage stock, and ensure listings are accurate.
• Communicate with online buyers, respond to queries, and provide basic customer support.
• Design basic graphics, banners, and social media creatives using Canva/Photoshop.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
• Support SEO activities including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
• Track and report performance of campaigns using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Conduct competitor and market research to suggest new ideas for online growth.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of WordPress & WooCommerce management (adding/updating products, categories, inventory).
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
• Communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
