Digital Marketing Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities across

  LinkedIn, social media, website and other digital channels

  .
• Create and coordinate content for

  LinkedIn posts, company updates, product features, project highlights, industry-related content and employee/organizational activities

  .
• Support the creation of

  marketing creatives, presentations, brochures, banners and other digital marketing materials

  in coordination with the design team.
• Assist in managing and updating the company's

  website content, product/service information, blogs and other digital assets

  .
• Conduct basic

  market, competitor and industry research

  related to construction machinery, agricultural machinery, water management and infrastructure sectors.
• Assist in identifying and researching

  potential B2B customers, industries, projects and business opportunities

  through online platforms.
• Support

  lead generation activities

  through digital channels and maintain lead/customer information in the required trackers.
• Assist in managing and monitoring the company's

  social media pages

  , including content scheduling and engagement.
• Track basic digital marketing metrics such as

  reach, impressions, engagement, followers, website traffic and leads generated

  .
• Support

  SEO-related activities

  , including keyword research, basic on-page optimization and content improvement.
• Assist in preparing

  monthly digital marketing reports and performance dashboards

  .
• Coordinate with

  Sales, Business Development, HR and other internal teams

  to collect information and create relevant digital content.
• Stay updated on

  digital marketing trends, social media practices, content formats and B2B marketing techniques

  .
• Take up other digital marketing initiatives and projects assigned by the reporting manager.

Preferred candidate profile

• BBA / B.Tech in CS, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.

• Candidates with a strong interest in

  Digital Marketing, B2B Marketing and Industrial/Manufacturing Marketing

  will be preferred.

• Freshers / recent graduates

  with good understanding of digital marketing concepts are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of

  LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms

  .
• Familiarity with

  Canva or similar graphic-design tools

  will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of

  SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, keyword research and digital advertising

  will be an advantage.
• Good

  written and verbal communication skills

  , particularly in English.
• Ability to write clear and engaging

  social media posts, captions and basic marketing content

  .
• Good research skills with the ability to

  collect, analyze and present information

  .
• Comfortable working with

  MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint and other productivity tools

  .
• Creative, proactive and willing to

  learn and experiment with different digital marketing activities

  .
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments within timelines.
• Should be comfortable working in a

  B2B industrial/manufacturing environment

  and learning about technical products and machinery.

• 6-month full-time internship commitment

  is required.
