Digital Marketing Executive (SEO, Social Media & Paid Ads)

About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Paid Ad Campaigns, SEO, and Social Media Management. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)
• Facebook & Instagram Ads

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget optimization.

Track and analyze campaign performance & ROI.

Prepare weekly and monthly ad performance reports.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page optimization.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for SEO.
• Work with writers/designers to create SEO-friendly content.
• Track website metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Prepare SEO reports & improvement recommendations.

Social Media Management

• Develop monthly social media strategy & content calendar.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives.
• Publish content across platforms:
• Manage engagement, community interactions, and page growth.
• Track performance using insights and analytics.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare performance reports for SEO, ads, and social media.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Solid knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page/off-page/technical).
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content planning.
• Hands-on experience with:

1. Google Analytics

2. Search Console

3. Meta Business Manager

• Keyword & SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven working style.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
