Role: Digital Marketing Executive (Specially in Meta Ads)

Location: Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will be responsible for planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions across Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Create and manage ad creatives, copy, A/B tests, and audience segments.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
• Conduct keyword and audience research to improve ad targeting.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign assets.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and best practices on Meta platforms.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently with daily and monthly spend tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Events Manager.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and funnel strategies.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Creative mindset with a focus on results and ROI.
