About the job: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll lead strategies that boost traffic, engagement, and visibility for the website and YouTube channel. From SEO to content marketing, social growth to analytics you'll work at the center of our expansion. Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies (blogs, backlinks, keywords). 2. Optimize articles for Google Discover, News, and SERPs. 3. Work with the editorial team for content performance insights and A/B testing. 4. Collaborate with developers to enhance website speed, UI/UX, and mobile performance. 5. Manage YouTube SEO: keywords, titles, tags, thumbnails, metadata. 6. Promote videos via social channels and build subscriber funnels. 7. Run targeted ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Pre-rolls). 8. Analyze YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics for actionable insights. 9. Set up newsletters and email marketing funnels. 10. Coordinate with writers/designers for high-converting campaigns. 11. Use tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar. Requirements: 1. 1+ years in digital marketing (media/tech/startup niche preferred). 2. Proven knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Search Console, and YouTube Studio. 3. Hands-on with social ads, keyword tools (SEMRush/Ahrefs), and content strategies. 4. Strong understanding of organic & paid marketing tactics. 5. Data-driven and creative, with an eye on analytics and ROI. Note: 1. Work Location: Hyderabad 2.
