Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher), you will work closely with our marketing team to plan, execute, and monitor various digital marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to learn industry best practices, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a skilled digital marketer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing social media posts across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link building
• Work on email marketing campaigns – drafting content, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and analyzing campaign performance
• Create and edit basic graphics or creatives using tools like Canva (training provided if needed)
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights
• Coordinate with internal teams for content creation, blogs, and digital promotions

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.) – training will be provided
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or social media scheduling platforms is a plus

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
