Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

paid advertising campaigns across Google & Meta

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  
• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and manage performance tracking (UTMs, Goals, CPL).
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and tracking.
  

SEO Content Support & Coordination:

• Use tools (like ChatGPT) to generate briefs for SEO-focused blog content.
  
• Coordinate with writers/designers (where applicable) to ensure blog quality and relevance.
  
• Implement on-page best practices and suggest keyword topics based on trends.
  

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor KPIs and campaign results across platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
  
• Share weekly reports and collaborate on performance improvement plans.
  

Marketing Execution:

• Align closely with the external marketing consultant to implement the broader strategy.
  
• Coordinate email marketing plans and provide support on landing pages, templates, etc.
  

Skills & Tools Required

Hands-on experience with SEO
Basic SEO knowledge (can be upskilled on the job)

• Self-starter who can operate independently within a lean marketing environment
  
• Open to working under the guidance of an external consultant
  
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills
  
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn digital marketing end-to-end
