Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, content creation, and performance analysis.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging visual content using tools like Canva.

Responsibilties

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email, etc.)
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide data-driven insights and improvements
• Create engaging content for digital platforms to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Optimize website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends and competitor strategies to stay updated
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, execution, and reporting
• Generate performance reports, track KPIs, and recommend strategies for growth
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, banners, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn using Canva

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Certifications in Digital Marketing will be plus
