As part of our commitment to growth and service excellence, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage both digital marketing and front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Duties:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
• Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries
• Coordinate with physiotherapists and maintain clinic hygiene & punctuality

Digital Marketing Duties:

• Manage and grow our clinic’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
• Create content for posts, reels, and stories (basic graphic design knowledge is a plus)
• Run targeted ads (Meta/Google)
• Assist in creating awareness and engagement campaigns
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics

Preferred Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads, Google My Business, etc.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team
• Interest or background in healthcare/physiotherapy is a plus
