Digital Marketing Associate

About the role
Full-time opportunity in Marketing & Growth, supporting B2B fintech marketing to banks, NBFCs and financial institutions across India and emerging markets. Work with leadership to build brand visibility and generate leads for credit underwriting and analytics products.

Key responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel campaigns, support top- and mid-funnel lead generation, and track performance dashboards to optimise results.- Manage LinkedIn editorial calendars, scheduling, community engagement and growth; support leadership branding and thought leadership.- Write posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, product one-pagers and email campaigns. Collaborate on visuals and refresh landing pages for SEO and consistent messaging.- Use generative AI for ideation, writing, competitor research and automation; test tools for reporting, segmentation and content repurposing.- Support webinars, product showcases and employer branding; research competitors and fintech trends.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience, or candidates with up to 2 years of hands-on B2B or digital marketing experience.- Strong business writing and communication for corporate audiences.- Foundational knowledge of social media algorithms, especially organic LinkedIn distribution.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking and data synthesis.- Initiative and ability to work quickly in an agile, technology-first environment.- Preferred: Canva or Figma and basic content management system skills; practical AI or marketing automation experience; exposure to or genuine interest in fintech, lending, credit assessment or enterprise SaaS.

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
