Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Executive :

• Find short-tail and long-tail keywords relevant to your products/services.
• Analyze competitors’ keywords.
• Prepare keyword plans for different pages.
• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and URLs.
• Maintain keyword density and internal linking.
• Improve website structure, navigation, and content readability.
• Audit site speed, mobile friendliness, and crawlability.
• Fix broken links, redirects, and duplicate content.
• Work with developers (if available) on sitemap and schema markup.
• Outreach for backlinks and guest posts.
• Manage business listings and citations.
• Promote content for backlinks (collaborate with SMM executive).
• Suggest blog topics based on keyword opportunities.
• Ensure blog posts are SEO-optimized before publishing.
• Work with the SMM exec to share blog links for traffic.
• Track keyword ranking progress.
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Report organic growth, CTR, and backlinks monthly.

SMM Executives

• Plan monthly content calendars for all active platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, Reditt, Medium, Slideshare etc.).
• Create, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns in Facebook, Google ADs (Search Ads and Youtube) etc.
• Align campaigns with product launches or events.
• Coordinate with designers for graphics, reels, and videos.
• Write captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and queries.
• Engage with followers and relevant communities.
• Handle ad creatives, targeting, and budget tracking.
• Analyze performance and ROI.
• Share monthly performance reports.

Collaboration Between SEO & SMM

• SEO → SMM: The SEO exec provides blog links, infographics, and keyword data for social promotion.
• SMM → SEO: The SMM exec helps amplify SEO content to drive traffic and backlinks.
• Joint Tasks:
• Brainstorm content topics together (blog + post ideas).
• Coordinate during campaigns or launches.
• Share insights (what content performs best organically vs socially).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
