Job Overview
PESH Group is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to manage digital marketing activities, improve online visibility, generate business leads, and support sales and business development initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content to improve Google search rankings.
- Monitor organic traffic and website performance.
- Manage website content and implement SEO strategies.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms and maintain the company's online presence.
- Create engaging social media content and promotional creatives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and update Google Business Profile.
- Support online branding and promotional activities.
3. Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate business leads through online and offline channels.
- Follow up with potential customers and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and communicate effectively.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Convert potential leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate sales activities.
4. Marketing Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing activities.
- Monitor digital marketing and sales performance.
- Prepare regular marketing and lead generation reports.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Support overall business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Google Business Profile.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong lead generation, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
