Role Overview

ZEG India Private Limited, an affiliate of ZEG, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role involves the execution of multi-faceted marketing strategies, including content creation, brand visualization, social media management, graphic design, event planning, and email marketing.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable expertise, a strong creative drive, and a passion for contributing to the clean energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Company's brand book, marketing assets, and design templates.
• Create high-quality static graphics, explainer videos, and motion graphics to support product and service launches and promotions.
• Maintain and update our existing website to ensure smooth functionality and alignment with our offerings.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain visual and brand consistency across the website, applications, and social media platforms.
• Research industry events and assist leadership in maintaining a structured repository of targeted industry events and marketing budgets.
• Plan and coordinate conference participation, including registration, sponsorship, speaking engagements, and exhibitions.
• Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, business cards, brochures and other promotional assets.
• Attend selected industry events and assist in organizing internal and external company events.
• Develop content calendars and lead and coordinate team efforts to collect, review, edits and publish technical contents.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including content creation, graphic design, template development, and campaign management.
• Manage, search-engine optimize and promote the company's social media channels and website, creating engaging content to increase visibility, traffic and engagement.
• Plan and execute digital marketing and paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies for small to medium-sized B2B businesses (experience letters and references required).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation (technical writing experience is a plus).
• At least 3 years of experience in static and motion graphic design, including complex explainer videos and animations.
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, metadata optimization, and best practices for improving website visibility and search rankings.
• Ability to make minor website updates, edit landing pages, and customize email templates using basic HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Analytics) to track performance, interpret data, generate reports, and provide insights to guide marketing decisions.
• Working knowledge of UI/UX principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and designers to ensure a consistent, intuitive, and user-friendly experience across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects, with proven expertise in static and motion graphics design.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and algorithms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment drug and background screening is required.
