We’re now looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketer to scale our e-commerce presence and grow our brand visibility online.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with experience in the cosmetics or e-commerce industry to lead performance marketing, content, and social media strategy. You’ll work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to drive online traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive ROAS
• Develop and manage content for social media channels, email marketing, and product promotions
• Monitor daily campaign performance and website traffic using Google Analytics and other tools
• Handle influencer collaborations and PR activities for the brand
• Coordinate with designers for creatives, banners, and ad visuals
• Manage listings, promotions, and content across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead in trends
• Report weekly performance metrics and campaign insights

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in cosmetics or D2C e-commerce
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic SEO
• Hands-on experience with Canva, basic video editing, and copywriting
• Strong knowledge of Instagram marketing and reels strategy
• Working knowledge of Shopify/WordPress or other e-commerce CMS platforms
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Tamil preferred
