About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and regularly update course content in digital marketing, covering areas such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, Google Ads, analytics, and content marketing 2. Structure and deliver comprehensive training sessions, both online and in-person, using a mix of theoretical and hands-on approaches 3. Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and keep content aligned with current industry trends 4. Evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and live projects, offering constructive feedback and support 5. Stay informed about the latest tools, platforms, and algorithm changes in digital marketing and incorporate them into the curriculum 6. Mentor students on project execution, internships, and certifications, while also offering career guidance and job preparation tips 7. Provide training on tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, and Mailchimp 8. Maintain accurate training records and student performance reports 9. Gather and analyze feedback from students to continually improve training effectiveness 10.
