Digital Endpoint Lead

You will play a crucial role in the Advanced Data Science team within the Data Sciences organization, focusing on fostering scientific excellence in digital biomarkers and endpoints. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the identification, development, and implementation of innovative digital endpoints and outcome measures - Collaborating with the Global Digital Health organization to design and validate algorithms for extracting clinically relevant insights - Incorporating digital health technologies into evidence generation strategies to promote their adoption in clinical trials and medical practice - Contributing to key regulatory filings and publications advocating for the acceptance of digital endpoints in the global R&D community - Staying updated on emerging trends to introduce innovative solutions for enhancing patient care and clinical research - Driving transformational efforts to unlock the full potential of Digital Health Technologies Qualifications Required: - PhD in a quantitative natural science or medical discipline with a focus on large-scale data analysis - Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry - Proven track record in designing and validating digital endpoints or biomarkers for clinical applications - Hands-on experience with data derived from digital health technologies like wearables and mobile platforms - Proficiency in algorithm development and deployment in clinical or real-world settings - Solid understanding of digital biomarker/endpoint development, psychometric and statistical validation, and regulatory considerations - Strong expertise in algorithm development, signal processing, and AI/ML methods applied to digital health data - Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively, and outstanding communication and scientific writing abilities,
