The TeleCaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients via phone calls to promote services, resolve queries, and provide product information. The role also involves maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery. While the position is based in Saraswati Vihar, it offers flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Qualifications Proficient in verbal communication and phone etiquette Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Problem-solving capabilities and strong attention to detail Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred Fluency in Hindi and English is a must
