Role Overview: As a Digital Customer Specialist at mPokket Financial Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the mobile app-based lending platform designed for college students in India. Your responsibilities will involve serving as the main point of contact for users, ensuring high service standards, addressing user queries, and utilizing technology to facilitate user onboarding and transactions.
