Digital Asset Data Assistant

As a Digital Asset Data Assistant at Valvoline Global Operations, you will play a critical role in collaborating with internal teams to develop interactive dashboards and generate reports on Power BI. Your responsibilities will include supporting the digital packaging asset journey, maintaining metadata of assets, and monitoring progress using a workflow tool. This hybrid role requires you to work on-site in Gurgaon, India, with 2 days of remote work per week, operating from 10 AM to 7 PM IST. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboard and reports. - Ensure data accuracy through data cleansing and transformation using Power Query and DAX. - Assist in automating recurring reports and handling ad-hoc data analysis requests. - Manage the DAM workflow of assets from production to posting in the Digital Asset Management Library. - Maintain an accurate account of assets in the production queue and escalate bottlenecks and delays to the manager. - Collaborate with Global Brand Governance and DAM Product Administrative team for producing Power BI reports. - Correspond with third-party suppliers via email on file-related matters. **Qualifications Required:** - Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field. - 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent internship experience. - Intermediate hands-on experience with Power BI. - Advanced Excel skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely. - Active listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Basic knowledge of data visualization principles, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. - Analytical mindset, organizational abilities, and the ability to adapt quickly to new software/systems. - Team player with a collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation. - Display virtues of Humble, Hungry, and Smart throughout the employee lifecycle. - Flexibility, willingness to learn and grow, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
