Job Description Project Planning and Management: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans including timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Technical Expertise: 1) Understanding & analysing the customer requirements with respect to System integration techniques and best practices in architecting the solution design work. 2) Strong technical knowledge with through experience in programming & debugging skills in LabView, RT, RF, FPGA, etc. 3) Should have immense working experience in different COTS platforms. 4) Experience in handling all protocol series like TCP/IP, UDP, MIL-STD, etc., Collaboration and Communication: Working with diverse teams (engineers, technicians, stakeholders) and vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration in timely execution of project. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success, Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Addressing technical issues and finding solutions to ensure systems integrate correctly. Testing and Verification: Solid experience in developing & performing rigorous test cases with good testing concepts and verification to ensure systems function as intended. Preparing & maintaining comprehensive project documentation like SRS, SDD, CDR. Monitoring & Controlling Project budgets and resource allocation for the smooth and timely execution of projects with out compromising the customer satisfaction levels. Demonstrating the team building skills as well individual contributor for the completion of projects.
