Digi Buddy

As a Digi Buddy under BVG India Ltd. on a contract basis, your main responsibility will be assisting customers and providing them with necessary guidance. You will be an integral part of a team that operates across different shifts. No prior experience is required for this role. However, it is mandatory to have proficiency in at least three languages, including Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu, Marathi, or any other Indian official language is also preferred. The ideal candidate should have a 10+2 qualification or its equivalent, falling under the semi-skilled category. The job location for this position is Meenambakkam, Chennai. As part of the statutory benefits, you will be entitled to Provident Fund (PF). The work schedule is full-time with day shifts and a yearly bonus. The work location will predominantly be on the road.
