Dialysis Technician

Job Description: As a Dialysis Technician at The Hans Foundation's Hans Renal Care Centers in Moga, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing dialysis machines and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning and sanitizing dialysis equipment before and after treatments, monitoring water treatment, and observing patients during dialysis sessions for any signs of medical emergencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating patients on dialysis procedures, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the correct treatment is administered. To excel in this role, you must possess a Degree/Diploma in Dialysis and have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience working in a Dialysis Centre. Strong communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi are essential, along with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation. You should also be willing to travel extensively to remote areas and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients.
