We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles across various business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive strategic hiring initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions in IT (e.g., software development, infrastructure, data analytics) and non-IT domains (e.g., finance, operations, sales, HR). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit. Drive offer negotiation and onboarding coordination. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including department heads, HR business partners, and leadership teams. Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress, market trends, and talent availability. Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
