Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with deep expertise in creating enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using Power BI. This is a development-focused role, where all dashboard requirements and specifications will be provided by the internal team— no stakeholder or end-user interaction is required . The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Power BI, DAX, Power Query/M, and Row-Level Security (RLS) , and can deliver high-quality, performant dashboards aligned with provided business logic and visual standards. Key Responsibilities Develop Power BI dashboards and paginated reports from detailed internal business requirements. Design and implement optimized data models using Power BI tools (DAX, Power Query/M). Configure and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) for secure access and data segmentation. Ensure high performance and usability of dashboards, adhering to UI/UX and accessibility best practices. Deploy and manage reports, datasets, and refresh schedules via Power BI Service. Conduct thorough validation and testing to ensure data accuracy and report fidelity. Maintain clear documentation of report logic, calculations, and security configurations. Collaborate with internal BI and data engineering teams for any backend data needs. Follow internal development and deployment standards, including version control and publishing processes. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience . Advanced knowledge of DAX , Power Query (M) , and robust data modeling practices. Proven expertise in implementing and managing RLS in enterprise environments. Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL). Engagement Type: Contract Experience Level: 10+ years (Minimum 5 years in D365 F&O Functional Implementation or Support) Domain Focus: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end business process analysis, solution design, and support for an enterprise client using D365 F&O. The consultant will work directly with finance and operations stakeholders to optimize AP matching, procurement workflows, financial reporting, and integration governance within an existing production environment. This is a hands-on functional leadership role requiring a strong blend of business process understanding, D365 configuration expertise, and coordination with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and automation. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Business Process & Functional Leadership Analyze and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse functions. Lead workshops with business users to identify pain points, system gaps, and optimization opportunities . Map business requirements to D365 F&O capabilities, ensuring alignment with operational model. Own end-to-end process design for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Budgeting . Conduct fit-gap analysis and define process improvements leveraging standard D365 functionality before customization. 🔹 System Configuration & Implementation Configure modules including GL, AP, AR, Procurement & Sourcing, Project Management, Inventory, and Fixed Assets .
