Job Summary: The Head of HR will lead the Human Resources function across the NBFC, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals. The incumbent will oversee all facets of human capital management including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compliance, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and organizational culture.
