DGM – Operations in a Hospital

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy General Manager – Operations to oversee and manage the daily administrative and non-clinical operations of our hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments, enhance patient satisfaction, and support overall hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hospital operations including front office, housekeeping, security, and facility management
• Ensure efficient patient flow from admission to discharge
• Monitor quality of service and handle patient feedback or grievances
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to streamline processes
• Manage staffing, attendance, and training of operational teams
• Control operational budgets and optimize resource utilization
• Ensure compliance with NABH and other healthcare quality standards
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management
• Maintain infrastructure, biomedical equipment, and utility services

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
