Role & responsibilities Sales Leadership & Target Achievement (Primary Focus) Take full ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the branch. Strategically plan and execute sales campaigns to boost procedure conversions. Monitor lead pipelines and improve consultation-to-conversion ratios. Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and patient retention strategies. Team Performance & Management (Primary Focus) Lead and motivate clinic staff, including counsellors, front office, and clinical teams. Set performance KPIs and track team output against sales targets. Train and guide the sales/counselling team on objection handling and value selling. Promote a high-performance, accountability-driven culture. Operational Oversight (Supportive) Supervise appointment scheduling, daily staffing, and floor coordination. Ensure adherence to SOPs, clinic hygiene, and timely patient flow. Address basic facility needs and escalate technical issues as needed. Patient Experience & Compliance (Supportive) Ensure smooth consultations and patient satisfaction during procedures. Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy. Support compliance with internal policies and local health regulations. Preferred candidate profile Medical or healthcare background preferred
