Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune for a Technical Service Engineer. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for Deye's energy storage and inverter solutions. On a daily basis, the engineer will work to resolve client concerns, conduct technical analyses, assist with installation, and ensure smooth system performance. The candidate will interact with clients to provide solutions while maintaining excellent service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Services, including the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues. Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance and identify areas of improvement. Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting operational challenges in energy systems. Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, provide solutions, and compile technical reports. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to on-site working conditions. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field. Familiarity with photovoltaic and energy storage systems is a plus. Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
