DevOps Engineer - L3

Role Overview: You will be collaborating with application teams and developers to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing functions through the automation and streamlining of integration and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications - Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application lifecycle across the DevOps toolchain - Manage the IT infrastructure in alignment with the software code requirements - On-board applications on the DevOps tool and configure them according to client specifications - Establish user access workflows and provide user access following defined processes - Customize and engineer the DevOps tool as per client requirements - Collaborate with development staff to address coding and scripting needs for software release - Automate testing and deployment using DevOps tools - Provide customer support and service for DevOps tools - Ensure timely support for internal and external customers on various platforms - Resolve tickets related to DevOps tools within specified timelines - Conduct root cause analysis of critical and repeatable issues Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Redhat Ansible - Experience: 3-5 Years Join us at Wipro and be part of our journey to reinvent the future.
