Development Expert - Java Backend/Java Full Stack

Role Overview: As a Development Expert at SAP, you will play a crucial role in architecting and designing solutions that align with the technical strategy and product roadmaps. You will collaborate with Senior and Success Factors Central Architects to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Your responsibilities will include fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement, coaching team members, troubleshooting critical production issues, and contributing significantly to the technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities: - Understand current and target technical strategy, product roadmaps, and deliver solutions accordingly - Collaborate with architects to design solutions meeting functional and non-functional requirements - Foster innovation, learning, and development among team members - Coach team members in development & quality processes and technologies - Continuously improve designs and implementations, contributing to the technical roadmap - Troubleshoot critical production issues Qualifications Required: - About 12-15 years of experience in building highly scalable enterprise cloud products - Bachelor's in computer science engineering or Technology (BE/BTech) or allied branches - Strong fundamentals in Computer science concepts like Data structures, Algorithms, and Distributed computing - Experience in design and development of highly scalable cloud native applications using Java/JEE, Spring - Expertise in architectures/design concepts like Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Event Driven programming - Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL performance tuning, public cloud platforms (preferably Azure), containers, CI/CD, and security standards - Proficiency in Agile software development, including code refactoring, modularization, and testability - Service-ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively within a team,
