As a Developer or Technical Lead at NTT DATA in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India, your role will involve working in Rotational shifts and utilizing your expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Data Cloud. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing advanced LWC applications that integrate with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems. - Creating dynamic and highly interactive user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies. - Optimizing LWC components for performance, including lazy loading, caching, and efficient DOM manipulation. - Developing solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns. - Leading the development of complex front-end components and workflows to enhance the Salesforce user experience. - Ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability for all Salesforce applications. In terms of qualifications and skills required for this role, you should possess: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including advanced LWC, Apex, and Aura components. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. - Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts and its role in customer data unification and segmentation. - Comfortable working with data models, data transformation, and identity resolution processes. Additionally, certifications such as Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II are preferred and highly valued. Soft skills required for this role include strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You should also be willing to work in Rotational shifts including weekends and 24 x 7, have experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, and the ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
