You will be responsible for developing business solutions and ensuring continuity of IT systems by working with stakeholders to implement strategies, architect, design, build, test, and resolve technical business solutions that automate specific processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing business solutions in collaboration with stakeholders - Ensuring product completeness and meeting customer requirements - Conducting solution testing and quality assurance - Selecting appropriate technology vendors and applications - Collaborating with server or database administration for smooth operations - Troubleshooting codes and revising programs - Fine-tuning database performance and optimizing application performance - Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate and develop software-machine interfaces - Fixing application security breaches in consultation with the application security team - Contributing to the entire development process with the solution architect - Upgrading existing systems and incorporating new technologies - Writing and maintaining documentation for program development, coding, and testing - Researching and evaluating software and hardware for programming - Writing technical documentation for program development and operations - Providing technical assistance to end users and technical support staff - Conducting presentations of technical information on specific projects - Installing and testing upgrades of externally developed application components - Troubleshooting and providing solutions for business-critical incidents - Consulting with client Business System Specialist and internal stakeholders for program prototyping, testing, and debugging Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent systems experience - 3+ years of systems experience - Knowledge of application development, procedures, utilities, and job control languages preferred - Operations and technical skills with an understanding of Flex's functional standards - General knowledge of functional concepts and Flex policies and procedures - Awareness of functional impact on work processes and functions - Proficiency in Office Skills, computer languages, word processing, and troubleshooting - Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and understanding of their interdependencies - Experience with Software Control Repository tools (TFS, Git) - Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and SOLID principles - Expertise in complex functional/technical areas or broad knowledge in multiple areas - Ability to break down complex development activities into manageable tasks - Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and deliverables in each phase,
