3 - 5 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum Role description Role Proficiency: Independently develops error free code with high quality validation of applications guides other developers and assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering Outcomes: Understand and provide input to the application/feature/component designs; developing the same in accordance with user stories/requirements. Code debug test document and communicate product/component/features at development stages. Select appropriate technical options for development such as reusing improving or reconfiguration of existing components. Optimise efficiency cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models Mentor Developer 1 – Software Engineering and Developer 2 – Software Engineering to effectively perform in their roles Identify the problem patterns and improve the technical design of the application/system Proactively identify issues/defects/flaws in module/requirement implementation Assists Lead 1 – Software Engineering on Technical design. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for front-end development using ReactJS. You will analyze project objectives, create UI design and develop web application as per requirements. You should have experience integrating with backend services, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, BAs to translate business requirements into effective and user-friendly end-to-end solutions. - Design and implement web application using ReactJS, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and proactively apply them to enhance the development proces. - Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code to address performance and scalability issues. - Work closely with the BA/QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software that meets established standards. - Collaborate with other teams to integrate front-end components with back-end services, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality. - Participate in Scrum ceremonies. - Proactive share accomplishments, knowledge, and lessons within the team. - Provide updates and status reports during development and related support activities. Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar - 6+ years developing web applications using ReactJS - Experienced in ReactJS, Typescript, React Testing Library, Redux - Solid understanding of front-end development best practices, including responsive design - String problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Background in Retail business is a plus Skills Javascript,React.Js,React Redux About UST UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
