The ideal candidate will be an expert in building our online presence, developing content strategies, and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: SEO Strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings across various platforms (Google, YouTube, etc.). Content Creation: Design and create engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This includes product posts, blog articles, and multimedia content. Social Media Strategy: Create and execute strategic content plans for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness. Ad Campaigns: Run paid social media ads across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) as needed to drive traffic, increase sales, or promote events. Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring new products and content are added and optimized. Assist with minor website development as needed (e.g., product pages, landing pages). Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts (SEO, ads, social media). Adjust strategies based on key metrics and insights. Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content aligns with our brand voice and values. Maintain a consistent presence across all platforms. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in SEO, content creation, social media strategy, and running paid ads. Technical Skills: Proficiency in website management and basic development (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, HTML/CSS). Ability to make product updates, add new content, and optimize pages for better user experience. Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of how to develop and implement successful campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools to assess and optimize campaigns. Creativity: Strong creative skills for designing eye-catching visuals, writing engaging posts, and producing video content. SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices for on-page and off-page optimization. Advertising: Familiarity with running and optimizing paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with the target audience. This is a part - time position, with flexible working hours - 3 hours per day, twice a week.
