Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer & Partnership Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Customer & Artist Relations Executive will serve as the communication bridge between our art lovers community, artists, interior designers, and architects. This role involves handling customer queries, ensuring smooth collaborations with creative partners, and coordinating with operations for timely and quality deliveries. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to represent our premium art brand professionally. Resolving customer complaints and return/replacement issues to ensure a positive experience. 4. Assisting in collaborating with social media influencers to promote the brand. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in MS Excel. 6. Graphic & Print Imaging Specialist Job Overview As a Graphic & Print Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, editing, and finalizing artwork (especially PSD files) for print and digital use. You will also handle image retouching, layout preparation, and basic Canva design tasks. You’ll coordinate with printers and the design team to ensure deliverables meet quality and deadline expectations. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and manage PSD (Photoshop) files: layering, masking, retouching, color correction, compositing Perform image editing and retouching: removing backgrounds, fixing defects, adjusting brightness/contrast, sharpening, etc. Prepare artwork and files for print: check resolution, color profiles (CMYK / RGB), bleed, trim, bleed marks, file formats (PDF, TIFF, etc.) Coordinate with print vendors to ensure print-ready files and correct output Produce proofs, run test prints, inspect final printed output for quality Work with Canva (or comparable online design tools) to create or adjust simpler marketing or social media graphics Maintain and organize source files and archives (layered files, versions) Review and QC (quality control) artwork before delivery Make minor layout or text changes as required Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across projects Collaborate with designers, marketing, and operations to deliver deliverables on time Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced level) Strong experience with digital image editing and retouching Familiarity with print production processes, including prepress, color management, file preparation for print Basic working knowledge of Canva (or similar online design tools) Attention to detail, strong visual sensibility Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple files / versions Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Good communication skills; ability to interpret briefs and feedback (Optional but preferred) Basic knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign or other Adobe tools
