Desktop Support Engineer L1

As a Desktop Support Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure the highest level of availability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing L1 Level support in LAN and Remote support. - Offering Software, Hardware, Network Support, and Operating System support. - Configuring Microsoft Outlook for users and troubleshooting mail problems. - Handling basic networking tasks such as peer-to-peer connections, mapping drives, and data sharing. - Addressing user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking. - Installing applications and computer peripherals. - Having hands-on experience with Windows environments. - Demonstrating knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs. - Utilizing excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills. - Maintaining a customer-oriented attitude. - Managing printers and Wi-Fi devices at customer locations. Qualification Required: - Other Bachelor's Degree Experience: - 1 to 7 years Salary: - 2 Lakh to 2 Lakh 50 Thousand per annum Industry: - IT Hardware / Technical Support / Telecom Engineering Key Skills: - Hardware Engineer - Network Engineer - Hardware Faculty - LAN Maintenance Please note that you may be required to walk in for the interview.,
