Role Description The Technical Support Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Analyst will provide first-line technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues through ticketing systems, email, phone, and in-person interactions. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting incidents, documenting solutions and known issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when needed. The role involves closely collaborating with internal teams to maintain system stability, tracking recurring problems, and contributing to knowledge base articles and process improvements. The Analyst will also focus on delivering clear communication, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and adhering to defined service-level agreements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage user interactions, set expectations, and maintain a positive service experience.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret logs, identify patterns, and propose improvements to systems and support processes.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) is beneficial.
• Experience with ticketing tools or helpdesk systems and familiarity with ITIL or similar support frameworks is an advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
• A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

• Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
