Designated Investigator - Internal Investigation

As a Designated Investigator for Internal Investigations at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in conducting internal inquiries based on complaints received. Your responsibilities will include engaging all relevant stakeholders based on the merit of the concern and investigation scope. It is essential to acknowledge and hear all issues and concerns without prejudice and bias while recommending process improvements or policy changes. You will be expected to recommend remedial/mitigating actions in line with the Disciplinary Handbook and conclude concerns within a stipulated timeframe. Additionally, conducting awareness sessions amongst employees and other stakeholders and responding to audit or legal queries will be part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience: - Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant - Experience of conducting complex corporate fraud and workplace investigations, with a minimum total experience of 7-10 years, of which, 4-6 years should be in a Big 4 - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through - Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills - Proficiency in MS Office & ability to prepare presentations - Proficient at anticipating challenges and recommending solutions - High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries Wipro is on a mission to reinvent the world by building a modern organization that is an end-to-end digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
