Design Trainer - Graphics | UI/UX | Web

As a Graphics Design, UI/UX Design, and Web Design Trainer, your role involves conducting classroom training sessions for students in various design areas such as Graphics Design, UI/UX Design, and Web Design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). You will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, assignments, and student projects to enhance their learning experience. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and industry practices to provide relevant and practical training to your students. Additionally, you will be required to provide hands-on training and individual mentorship to help students develop their skills effectively. Evaluating student progress and offering constructive feedback will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct classroom training sessions for Graphics Design, UI/UX Design, and Web Design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Create lesson plans, assignments, and student projects. - Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and industry practices. - Provide hands-on training and individual mentorship to students. - Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 - 8 years of industry or teaching experience. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - A passion for teaching and mentoring students. Required Skills & Tools: - Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW. - UI/UX: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, UX Research, Wireframing, Prototyping. - Web Design: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript (basic to intermediate), responsive design principles. Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory): - Knowledge of WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms. - Animation or Motion Graphics tools In this role, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis with a day shift schedule.
