As a Planner, your main responsibility will involve coordinating and executing various planning activities to support project development and implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather project requirements and objectives. In addition, you will use GIS software such as ArcGIS for spatial analysis and mapping purposes. Conducting land surveying activities to support planning projects will also be part of your role. Your expertise in data management will be crucial as you manage and maintain databases for storing planning-related data. You will be expected to create visual representations of data through data visualization techniques. Furthermore, your involvement in the development of project plans and timelines will be essential for successful planning initiatives. Automation of tasks in planning processes using scripting languages will also be one of your key responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in data management techniques and experience with GIS technology for location-based data collection. Knowledge of project management principles and practices will also be required. Your ability to create data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information will be highly valued. Familiarity with ArcGIS software for spatial analysis and proficiency in scripting languages for task automation are essential skills. Experience in land surveying practices would be a plus, and familiarity with CAD software for drafting and design purposes is advantageous. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an Associate Planner & GIS Expert. The work location is in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, and requires in-person attendance.,
