As a Recruitment Professional at UXD JOBS in Chennai- Adambakkam, you will play a key role in shaping the future of UI/UX hiring. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and recruit top UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Design Leaders. Leveraging job portals, social media, and networking platforms, you will attract candidates and match suitable professionals to job opportunities based on their skillset and experience. Working closely with corporate clients and hiring managers, you will understand their hiring needs and assist in maintaining and updating a talent pipeline of UI/UX professionals. You will also be responsible for posting and managing job listings with relevant details, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting in scheduling interviews, design challenges, and technical tests. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. You should have the ability to analyze portfolios, understand job descriptions, and assess UI/UX Design & Development talent. A Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business, Design, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in UI/UX hiring, staffing agencies, or tech recruitment. Keeping yourself updated on UI/UX industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices will be crucial in this role. Building and maintaining relationships with UI/UX professionals and hiring partners will also be essential.
