Job Summary: Are you a passionate and creative design enthusiast ready to launch your career? We're looking for a Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or an aspiring designer eager to gain hands-on experience, refine their skills, and contribute to impactful design projects. Your Contribution: Create compelling graphics for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print. Develop visual content that strictly adheres to established brand guidelines. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions, bringing fresh ideas to the table. Assist in preparing and editing design files for both digital and print production. Incorporate feedback effectively and implement design revisions with precision and efficiency. Continuously research and apply current design trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements A recently completed degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Foundational proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva. A portfolio (academic or personal) that demonstrates your creativity and core design abilities. A solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eagerness to learn and grow. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Bonus Points If You Have: Familiarity with design tools like Figma or InDesign.
